Job summary

Safran Seats in Gainesville, Texas, seeks a Program Manager 2 to lead a multidisciplinary IPT and drive project execution with a focus on cost, schedule, and quality. You will ensure contract compliance and align the product with bid costs, while guiding team members through contractual terms.

You will collaborate with sales and estimators on RFQ scope, pricing, and customer expectations, delivering on-time, on-budget aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP certification preferred and 5+ years in program management.
• Customer interface, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary IPT and ensure scope, schedule, and budget ownership.
• Understand and implement project management methodology including costs, deadlines and quality.
• Align contract terms with bid costs and ensure contract compliance (billing, payments, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales, estimators, and customers on RFQ scope and pricing.
