Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience for Associate role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform 50% desk work and 50% production floor responsibilities with light lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Must possess and maintain an active, in-scope Secret US Government Security Clearance. Final clearance required to start.
• Must obtain and maintain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from date of submission.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops material strategy.
• Assesses supply chain resources and prioritizes demand requirements.
• Develops material forecasting and delivery schedules.
• Participates in make/buy, capacity, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead cost saving and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyzes material supply/demand with MRP tools.
• Monitors inventory against BOM requirements.
• Supports production line with planned and unplanned needs.
• Collaborates with supplier quality, engineering, and other functions.
