Job summary

TAT Technologies Ltd. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee day-to-day purchasing, expediting, and material control in a fast-paced aerospace MRO environment.

You will work hands-on in a hybrid leadership role reporting to the Supply Chain Director and collaborate with production, QA, and customer service to meet strict turnaround times. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of aerospace supply chain experience, AS9100 knowledge, and proficiency with MRO ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of aerospace supply chain experience, preferably in MRO/maintenance.
• AS9100 quality standards knowledge and airworthiness documentation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day procurement and material expediting activities.
• Issue POs, track deliveries, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead weekly supply chain metrics reviews and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to ensure material readiness.
• Maintain supplier communications and resolve past-due orders per director guidance.
