Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in Aerospace & Defense.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR/EAR regulations, and traceability requirements.
• Proven experience leading and developing planners and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of planners and buyers.
• Ensure ERP serves as the single source of truth for planning and procurement.
• Negotiate long-term agreements (LTAs) and manage supplier relationships.
