Rocketdyne in Redmond, WA seeks a strategic Supply Chain Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, planning, and supplier development across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in aerospace or regulated manufacturing, builds scalable teams, partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, and drives cost, delivery, and inventory improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions, including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in on-time delivery, inventory performance, cost, supplier reliability, and process efficiency.
• Proven success building, transforming, or scaling supply chain organizations
• Demonstrated capability leading supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, planning, supplier management, and inventory optimization
• Practical experience implementing scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of aerospace quality and regulatory environments including AS9100, FAA, DoD, or ITAR requirements preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide supply chain strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
• Build and lead a multi-site supply chain organization that is standardized, scalable, and performance-driven.
• Assess current processes and design a future-state operating model to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Lead procurement, strategic sourcing, planning, and supplier development across sites.
• Partner with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Business Development.
• Drive standard work, metrics, and integrated planning across all sites.
• Develop talent through coaching, succession planning, and targeted hiring.
