Job description

Lead the Supply Chain function for the North Hollywood site, driving procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and SIOP while ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role focuses on analytics-driven decision-making, strategic sourcing, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site supply chain operations: procurement, materials planning, inventory, logistics, and SIOP
• Define commodity strategies, sourcing decisions, and supplier partnerships
• Drive inventory reduction, working capital improvement, and KPI/metrics reporting
• Develop and execute procurement strategies with a focus on cost savings and compliance
• Manage supplier risk, global market impacts, and contingency planning
• Negotiate contracts, select suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing supply chain team
• Deliver year-over-year PPV/PCV cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience; aerospace highly preferred
