Job summary

Triumph is seeking an Intern, Supply Chain in Forest, Ohio to join our fast-paced aerospace components organization. The intern will work under close supervision of Purchasing/Planning/Scheduling personnel, supporting procurement, planning, and data-analytic tasks essential to our supply chain operations.

This internship offers exposure to ERP data integrity, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a similar field.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership abilities and possess interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated academic performance of 2.75 GPA or higher.
• Solid understanding of inventory flow, inventory management, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part tracking and expediting activities, communicating change requirements to Purchasing, Production, and Suppliers.
• Perform ERP system data integrity maintenance.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and purchasing duties.
• Perform data entry, run status reports, file and perform other general administrative duties as needed.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
