Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Sophomore standing or higher preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned to the Masters Production Schedule (MPS).
• Assist in releasing and tracking work orders to meet priorities.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Analyze production, inventory, and planning data to support decision-making.
• Create dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, SAP or related systems.
• Support material shortage monitoring and coordination with Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
