ExoTerra designs and manufactures advanced propulsion systems for space missions. The Director of Supply Chain will scale procurement, planning, subcontract administration, and inventory control to support high-rate aerospace production and aggressive growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to optimize material flow and supplier performance. The ideal candidate has extensive aerospace supply chain leadership experience, builds scalable

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading procurement, planning, inventory, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting high-rate aerospace production operations.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Strong financial acumen with budget and cost-reduction experience.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all supply chain functions including procurement, material planning, subcontract administration, receiving, and inventory control.
• Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with growth goals.
• Mentor a high-performing supply chain organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with exec leadership on forecasting, capacity planning, and strategy.
• Create and monitor weekly KPI reports for leadership and CFO.
• Oversee revenue recognition and weekly revenue reporting to upper management.
