Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related STEM field and enrolled through the internship/co‑op period.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supplier interactions as a primary contact for delivery, performance, and issue resolution.
• Develop, track, and support supplier recovery plans when on‑time delivery, quality, or responsiveness targets are not met.
• Partner with Customer Account Managers, operations, and planning teams to address service-related issues and ensure timely support of customer commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and analyze trends to identify risks to supply continuity.
• Prepare, publish, and present monthly supplier scorecards for performance reviews and improvement discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Aftermarket PSAs, including SLA commitments and communication expectations.
