Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power in Denton, TX is seeking a Supplier Field Specialist II to lead recovery plans for delivery shortages across multiple plants. You will define scenarios, volumes, and timelines in alignment with priorities and drive urgent execution.

You will act as the focal point between Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing, escalate risks, validate production status on site, and report progress with data‑driven updates while maintaining safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, procurement, or supplier management.
• Aerospace & Defense or complex manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier recovery plans for delivery shortages across multiple plants.
• Define recovery scenarios, volumes, and timelines in alignment with priorities.
• Drive execution with urgency, ensuring suppliers meet recovery milestones.
• Escalate supply risks and implement mitigation actions to protect production and customer deliveries.
• Build and maintain Line of Balance reflecting demand vs. supply recovery.
• Integrate supplier commitments, new sourcing timelines, and backlog clearance strategies.
• Provide clear visibility on shortages, recovery trajectory and return-to-green timing.
