Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst for the Davenport, IA facility. The role focuses on deploying supplier development and improvement processes to boost quality and delivery performance across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will monitor supplier metrics, participate in MRBs and IPTs, and drive corrective actions while ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 and ITAR requirements. This position offers a competitive salary in Davenport, IA.

Qualifications

• Associates from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years Quality experience working in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year working with metrology, gages, and measurement techniques.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 70 miles of the Davenport, IA facility will be considered.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineering disciplines and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
• Serve as a Quality member on MRB, IPT, and corrective action teams.
• Monitor, track, and report supplier performance metrics and drive corrective actions for underperforming suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality and delivery.
• Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
• Perform tests and document results for quality verification.
• Prepare, review, and approve quality documents and reports.
