Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Seminole, OK to manage the global supplier quality base. You will lead qualification, development, and audits, ensuring products meet AS9100 and regulatory requirements.

Travel 25–40% to supplier sites is expected, with strong root-cause and CAPA capabilities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive defect prevention and continuous improvement across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in a supplier quality engineer role within aerospace/defense.
• CQE/CSQP/Six Sigma a plus; AS9100 Lead Auditor desired.
• Strong experience with AS9100/ISO 9001/NADCAP/FAA standards.
• Familiarity with APQP, FAI, SPC, and control plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and development activities including audits.
• Drive supplier readiness for production with FAI and validation.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive improvements.
• Lead investigations for supplier nonconformances and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and PM to resolve issues.
