Job summary

Verify, Inc. is seeking an AS9100 Auditor located in Sarasota, FL to evaluate supplier quality management systems and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.

This role focuses on supplier performance, process effectiveness, and risk mitigation within the aerospace supply chain. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of aerospace quality experience, proficiency in AS9100, and be capable of auditing, reporting, and driving corrective actions with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote audits of suppliers to verify compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• Evaluate supplier quality systems, manufacturing processes, and inspection methods.
• Assess compliance with customer-specific requirements (e.g., flow-down requirements).
• Identify non-conformances, risks, and gaps; document findings and issue audit reports.
• Lead or support corrective action requests (CARs) and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Perform supplier qualification, surveillance, and re-evaluation audits.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, and responsiveness).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (FAA, NADCAP where applicable).
• Collaborate with internal quality, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
