Job summary

ContractStaffingRecruiters.com is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to audit supplier facilities for AS9100/NADCAP compliance, qualify new suppliers, and manage audits based on risk and performance.

You will drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and PPAP/FAI results, collaborate with engineering and supply chain on new product introduction readiness, and ensure aerospace processes are capable and controlled.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting supplier audits for aerospace quality systems.
• Ability to lead root-cause investigations and CAPA implementations.
• Familiarity with PPAP, FAI, and APQP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits at supplier facilities for quality systems.
• Evaluate and approve new suppliers with initial qualification audits.
• Develop supplier audit schedules based on risk and history.
• Investigate non-conformances with CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor supplier quality metrics including PPAP/FAI results.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement on NPI readiness.
• Ensure processes are capable and controlled for aerospace components.
