Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure quality at supplier sites and manage supplier qualifications, development, and ongoing performance. The role requires extensive travel to supplier facilities to audit, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience with supplier quality management and development.
• Experience with aerospace industry standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier audits and assessments for compliance with Stratolaunch requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions (SCARs) with verification of effectiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement process improvements and preventive actions.
