Job summary

RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit is offering a Supply Chain Co-op in Windsor Locks, CT. You will support aftermarket supplier relationships, monitor performance, and help drive on-time delivery. You’ll work with global teams to ensure continuity of supply and customer satisfaction.

You will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, Lean principles, and data-driven decision making in a regulated aerospace environment. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions and time zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or advanced degree in SCM, Business, or related STEM through the internship/co-op period.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supplier interactions for aftermarket support and delivery performance.
• Develop and track supplier recovery plans when on-time delivery targets are missed.
• Collaborate with account managers, operations, and planning to resolve service issues.
• Monitor supplier metrics and analyze trends to identify risks to supply continuity.
• Prepare monthly supplier scorecards for performance reviews and improvements.
