Job summary

RTX offers a Supply Chain Co-op in Windsor Locks, CT, supporting the Aftermarket division at Collins Aerospace. You will manage supplier relationships, improve delivery performance, and ensure continuity of supply for customers.

You will collaborate with global suppliers, customer account teams, and internal partners to resolve delivery challenges and drive supplier accountability. ERP systems (SAP), Lean principles, and data analysis will be part of your daily work.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supplier interactions in support of the aftermarket business and serve as a primary contact for delivery, performance, and issue resolution.
• Develop, track, and support supplier recovery plans when on-time delivery, quality, or responsiveness targets are not met.
• Partner with Customer Account Managers, operations, and planning teams to address service-related issues and ensure timely support of customer commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and analyze trends to identify risks and drive supply continuity.
• Prepare, publish, and present monthly supplier scorecards to support performance reviews and continuous improvement discussions.
