Parker Aerospace in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Supplier Quality. This role reports to the Division Supplier Development Manager and supports strategic sourcing during transfers.

Responsibilities include onsite supplier audits (travel ~25%), evaluating process capability and delivery performance, and assisting with work transfers and gate reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in engineering or materials management.
• 3+ years in engineering or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite supplier audits to evaluate health and risk; travel ~25%.
• Evaluate supplier process capability, capacity, delivery, and reporting.
• Support strategic sourcing with work transfers and stage-gate completion.
