Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. in Herndon, VA, invites a Summer Intern to join Customer Resolution Services (CRS) Americas. You will support processes improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional projects within a 12-week program.

Based in the US, you will collaborate with the CRS team to assist airlines, MROs, and distributors, gaining hands-on experience in aerospace support, logistics, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Interest in Customer Services, Logistics, Shipping within Aerospace.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for projects.

Responsibilities

• Support CRS Americas Processes Improvement across CRS channels.
• Assist in deploying improvement projects with internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to shaping Performance Management within the Global CRS Network.
