Job summary

ESAero is seeking a Subcontract Administrator for on-site work in San Luis Obispo, CA. You will review and negotiate subcontract documents, support project managers, and help ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, or purchasing, with strong reading/interpretation of complex documents and excellent communication skills. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in contract management, business, procurement, law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in contracts, subcontracts, or purchasing.
• US citizenship required and ability to read/interpret contracts and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare subcontracts, contracts, amendments, NDAs, and related documents.
• Identify project risks and support project managers for compliant execution.
• Assist in negotiations, changes, and dispute resolution with Contractors and Customers.
• Ensure contract files and records are complete and organized.
