Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of specialized materials and services across development, production and sustainment.

You will prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and administer resulting subcontracts while coordinating with contracts and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of business experience.
• Experience with supply chain management, buying, or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts across development, production and sustainment.
• Prepare bid packages and conduct bidders' conferences; develop evaluation criteria and analyze proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write packages for review, and administer resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
