PRYER Aero in Tulsa, OK is seeking a motivated assembler to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will assemble basic aircraft structural assemblies to blueprints and specifications using hand and power tools, lay out components, and prepare holes for fasteners while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, ability to read blueprints, basic math, and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read blueprints required.
• Ability to apply basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed.
• Ability to safely and properly use gauges, calipers, and other tools and equipment.
• Ability to identify proper materials and supplies according to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Assemble basic aircraft structural assemblies to blueprints and specifications using industry standard hand tools and power tools.
• Lay out and/or locate components, prepare fastener holes (drill, countersink and deburr), and install fasteners in defined assembly to drawing and specification requirements.
• Provide guidance, training and inspection of work products for Bench Assemblers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean work area, tools, and equipment.
