Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Advanced CAD and FEA experience.
• Strong understanding of aerospace structures, loads, and materials.
• Experience leading technical programs or complex development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis across programs.
• Develop CAD, FEA, and BOM structures for aerospace applications.
• Guide structural optimization, validation, and product development activities.
• Lead cross-functional technical efforts with manufacturing, test, and design teams.
• Mentor engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
