Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an engineer to apply technical expertise and leadership to advance safe human spaceflight. You will work with NASA and National Team Partners on the HLS SLD program to develop Lunar Transportation systems for returning humans to the Moon and expanding presence beyond Earth.

The role involves design, analysis, and testing of aerospace structures, including composites and metals, with emphasis on manufacturing support and integration guidance, using Creo and GD&T practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with aerospace structures.
• Experience in design, load path, materials, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, development, and testing of primary and secondary structures, including composites and metallic parts.
• Create 3D models, detail part drawings, assemblies, and interface control documents.
• Provide manufacturing and production support for your hardware.
• Provide technical guidance for integration.
• Plan, coordinate, conduct tests, and review test data.
• Maintain and report on activity schedule, budget and technical status.
