Job summary

DP Professionals (DPP) is seeking a senior aerospace mechanical engineer to design, evaluate, and certify cutting-edge products and services across the product lifecycle.

You will apply advanced static and dynamic analyses, perform FEA with MSC Patran, Nastran, FEMAP, or ANSYS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex structural challenges in aerospace and defense.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related discipline with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Advanced knowledge of static and/or dynamic analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and certify cutting-edge aerospace products and services throughout the product lifecycle.
• Examine complex metallic and composite structures and systems and contribute to design and development.
• Lead and perform static and dynamic analyses for substantiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex structural challenges.
