Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Experienced Stress Analysis Engineer in Englewood, CO to lead the design and analysis of aerospace structures. You will use CAD and FEA tools to convert concepts into validated solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all program phases.

The role requires strong presentation skills and hands-on experience with FEMAP/NASTRAN, plus experience in composite and metallic parts design, with potential DoD project

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in aerospace stress analysis.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Proficient with FEMAP/NASTRAN and CAD tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stress analysis for aerospace structures across programs.
• Create and present FEM results and reports to customers.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and program management.
