Job summary

Collier Aerospace seeks an engineer for the Customer Operations Department to bridge customers with Engineering Services and Software Development teams. The role involves directly helping customers integrate HyperX into their vehicle analysis and design, contributing to software interfaces and workflows, and aiding documentation and training.

You will engage with customers across aerospace domains, require strong communication and documentation skills, and work closely with multiple internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace or supporting a technical software product.
• Ability to learn HyperX and apply it across industries.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and concisely.
• Desire to work with customers with empathy for helping get the job done.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to represent the customer perspective.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to understand their use cases and satisfaction with HyperX.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and provide training, support, and documentation.
• Propose and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage the ticket system by troubleshooting questions and guiding to the right SME.
• Support demonstrations and product evaluations during the sales process.
• Suggest software interface and workflow improvements from a customer perspective.
• Document customer needs and features for internal teams.
• Collaborate with documentation to keep software docs and training current.
