Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM) from an accredited institution.
• 0-1 year of hands-on software development experience.
• Basic understanding of software development and toolchains (SVN or Git).
• Proficiency in Visual Studio .NET development using C++ or C#.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test software components for aerospace systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet system requirements.
• Translate requirements into software specifications and improve performance and usability.
• Develop documentation including design records and release notes.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C++ and other languages with safe coding practices.
