• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools and shop equipment on metal aircraft components.
• Dexterity to perform assembly operations with hands.
• Problem solving to analyze complex problems and determine root causes.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft and tooling components using rivets, fasteners, or metal methods.
• Operate shop equipment to drill, cut, grind, form, crimp, rivet, and perform metal fabrication tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide tasks and ensure quality.
• Follow written, verbal, and electronic work instructions.
• Maintain daily production records and relevant manufacturing data.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe workspace.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
