PDS Defense, Inc. in Sterling, VA seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk 3 to support aerospace manufacturing and operations.

You will manage the flow, storage, and accuracy of materials used in production, receiving, inspecting, tracking, and issuing materials in line with procedures and standards. Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams, you ensure materials are available, traceable, and compliant with aerospace specifications.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Forklift certification.
• Able to use a Reach Truck.
• Experience with SAP or other database receiving systems.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Shipping / receiving / inventory tasks.
• Put Aways using a forklift and reach truck.
• Record all customer transactions via a database (SAP).
• Data entry and inventory management, coordination with logistics and quality staff.
