Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Corona, CA. This on-site role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials while keeping inventory records accurate and moving goods through production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receiving, shipping, warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier documentation.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality concerns; report issues promptly.
• Accurately enter receiving transactions, inventory data, and shipment information into internal software systems.
• Generate and apply barcode labels to received inventory and work orders.
• Move materials safely to designated production, inspection, or staging areas.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Track shipment status and assist in resolving carrier or delivery issues as needed.
• Communicate daily with the sales and operations teams regarding order status and material availability.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials to support efficient production flow.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support inventory counts and other warehouse activities as needed.
