Job summary

RBC AeroComponents in Ball Ground, GA is seeking an entry-level Shipping and Assembly associate to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., performing hands-on assembly, quality inspection, and packing for shipment.

You will use pneumatic tools, assist with receiving, and may assist with local delivery as needed. Training is provided from the ground up to develop precision and safety in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to pack boxes and stock.
• Understand basic math.
• Dexterity: able to work with hands to complete assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and identify products using various tools including pneumatic assembly tools.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards.
• Package product for stock and customer shipments.
• Verify and distribute receiving products and materials.
• Backup driver for picking up and/or delivery of products.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
