Job summary

RBC AeroComponents, a division of RBC Bearings, is seeking an entry-level Shipping and Assembly associate in Ball Ground, GA. You will train from the ground up in precision aerospace manufacturing and contribute to a quality-focused team.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities include assembly, inspection, packing, receiving, and occasional delivery support, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to pack boxes.
• Understand basic math.
• Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to complete assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and identify products using tools including pneumatic assembly tools.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards.
• Package product for stock and customer shipments.
• Verify and distribute receiving products and materials.
• Backup driver for picking up and/or delivery of products.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
