You will collaborate with department heads and participate in cost and quality improvements while gaining shop-floor experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (process, industrial or related field).
• Background in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the manufacturing process from estimating to final product.
• Work with multiple department heads on process improvements across departments.
• Attend customer calls and collaborate with applications and sales engineers.
• Help create and implement cost and quality improvements for product flow.
• Standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Safety for self and others is a priority.
• Work in a team environment.
