RBC AeroComponents, a division of RBC Bearings, is seeking a Beginner CNC Operator in Ball Ground, GA. You will operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and learn from seasoned machinists. Full training from the ground up is provided as part of aerospace manufacturing.

Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd. Competitive pay with shift differential, plus benefits such as holidays and insurance coverage. This role focuses on quality, safety, and continuous learning in a high‑precision environment.

What You’ll Do

In this hands‑on role, you’ll:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards
• Use hand tools and pneumatic assembly tools
• Maintain accurate records for counts and quality control
• Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized workspace
• Learn from experienced machinists with 20+ years of experience

Shifts Available:

• 2 nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3pm – 1:30am
• 3 rd Shift – Monday night through Friday morning 9pm – 7:30am

Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs to load and unload material
• Understand basic math
• Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to handle parts and use controls on machines
