Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking multiple Assemblers for our 2nd shift in Auburn, WA. You will drill, deburr, and assemble sheet metal components, following blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role supports our lean, safety, and continuous improvement culture in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sheet metal assembly experience; prior aircraft experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment assessment if no diploma.
• 2+ years of Assembly experience with sheet metal.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measurements.
• Effective communication with team members on a regular basis.
• Experience with blueprints and measurement devices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow process specs, work orders, blueprints and instructions to assemble sheet metal parts.
• Drill, rivet, rework and inspect components to meet specifications.
• Select and fit parts from stock; report shortages to Supervisor.
• Maintain quality, safety, and lean process standards on the shop floor.
