SEKISUI Aerospace is hiring an Assembler I for the 2nd shift at our Sumner, Washington location. You will work on a moving line or bench, performing finish assembly on aerospace composite products and ensuring adherence to takt times.

The role requires fine hand skills, attention to detail, and basic math, with opportunities for hands-on learning and growth within a manufacturing environment. This full-time hourly position includes comprehensive benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Fine hand motor skills required for precision assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using small hand tools, adhesives, and jigs on a moving line or bench.
• Wrap insulation blankets and work with insulation materials.
• Perform light sanding and abrading of composites, plastics, and some metals.
• May perform light riveting with rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns.
