Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sensor Systems Engineer to own our sensor products from concept through production, balancing performance, cost, and risk across architecture, verification, and qualification.

You will lead verification campaigns, collaborate with structures, thermal, optics, avionics, software, GNC, manufacturing, mission assurance, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated sensor solutions and provide clear engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience developing, prototyping, integrating, and/or testing multidisciplinary systems.
• Demonstrated hardware, project, or product ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own sensor products through full development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Support production as hardware REA, providing technical solutions and documentation.
• Manage budget, schedule and tasking within a multidisciplinary team.
