Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Software, Applied Physics)
• Hands-on experience developing, prototyping, integrating, and testing multidisciplinary systems
• Demonstrated hardware, project, or product ownership experience
• Strong understanding of test engineering fundamentals and methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable designing subsystem architectures in an open design space
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own sensor products through the full development lifecycle from concept to production
• Support production as hardware REA with technical guidance
• Manage budgets, schedules, and tasks within a multidisciplinary team
• Own verification and validation activities for sensor subsystems
• Develop and execute qualification and test campaigns with cross-functional collaboration
• Perform system- and component-level trade studies to optimize architecture and risk
