Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Engineering, analytical mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution by developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and integrated master schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within established financial targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and other functional organizations, ensuring teams remain aligned with project objectives, priorities, and customer commitments.
• Identify and resolve project risks and obstacles by analyzing data, evaluating alternatives, and developing recommendations that improve performance, efficiency, and project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance by tracking costs, forecasting revenue, re‑estimating project costs, and providing inputs that support business and program objectives.
• Support commercial and military gas turbine hardware programs, gaining hands‑on project engineering experience with components within the High Pressure Turbine and Low Pressure Turbine systems.
