Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required depending on state.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and items entering the location.
• Verify identification and authorization for entry to restricted areas.
• Report discrepancies and respond to incidents calmly per site protocols.
• Perform regular patrols to identify security concerns.
