Qualifications

• Must be able to perform site-specific security procedures and enforce access-control policies.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to personnel, visitors and contractors.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and respond calmly to alarms and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and visitor documentation before permitting entry to restricted areas.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue and recover visitor badges and access credentials, and report discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized activity or security-related concerns.
