Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at aerospace/defense site.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of facilities, grounds, and perimeter.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership.
