Job summary

Jobot in Colorado is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects with emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, and secure facility work. You will run field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Procore experience required.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
