Job summary

RTX (Pratt & Whitney) is seeking a Scrum Master to lead an Agile team focused on part development within the Compression Systems Engineering group in West Palm Beach, FL. You will mentor team members, drive scrum processes, and coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to align schedules and budget.

Active DoD security clearance and US citizenship are required. Onsite role with travel up to 10%, relocation eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master to meet task and technical requirements, mentor team members and identify project issues.
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and resolve obstacles affecting budgets and schedules.
