Job summary

Summit Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst 3 to support the NASA SLS Booster program. This on-site role is based in Promontory, Utah, working in the scheduling department to develop and maintain the IMS and support the IMP.

You will coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing and Quality, perform schedule analyses, critical path and EVMS tracking, and generate visualizations and reports to monitor progress on a complex aerospace program.

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling proficiency and methodical planning.
• Solid EVMS understanding and its integration with scheduling.
• Experience with Gantt and PERT tools, milestones, and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and schedule logic development.

SUMMARY

Immediate need for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 to support our Program scheduling department. As a member of the scheduling department, you’ll get to schedule for NASA's SLS Booster program. This position will serve on-site at Promontory Utah

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Coordinate schedules across multiple functional organizations, including:
  • Finance
  • Engineering
  • Materials
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality
• Perform schedule analysis and monitor program progress.
• Conduct critical path and network logic analysis.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and identify potential issues.
• Track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS).
• Create program schedule visualizations and reports.
• Support a complex aerospace program (NASA SLS Booster).

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Knowledge of how EVMS integrates with scheduling software.
• Experience with:

PREFERRED SKILLS
