Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Program Scheduler in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead a team of 10 program planners/schedulers to develop networked IMS schedules using MS Project Server and perform critical path analysis to support EVMS in DFARS environments.

Responsibilities include mentoring the team, coordinating with CAMs/IPTs, and delivering periodic status reports. Strong DoD EVMS knowledge and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program planners/schedulers to develop IMS schedules using MS Project Server.
• Mentor team on EVMS, DFARS environments, and critical path analysis.
• Prepare and present schedule status reports to program leadership up to executive level.
