Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; or 5 years leadership experience.
• 5 years minimum experience in a leadership role and/or related field.
• Excellent communication skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly knowledgeable with production planning concepts such as MRP.
• Understanding of Budget responsibility and Profit and Loss management.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for customer presentations, meetings, and communications.
• Ensure meeting action items have owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate pre-meeting preparation and customer visits as hospitality lead.
• Manage quote activity with cost, price, market, and competition considerations; standardize presentations.
• Maintain contact with customers, account managers and sister plants to share best practices.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to update customers on production and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Commercial/Marketing on demand and sales forecasts.
• Book customer purchase orders and Oracle demand.
• Participate in development and renewal of business strategy.
• Ensure contracting compliance; prepare budgets and sales/marketing reports.
• Oversee import/export ASAT compliance and other financial audits.
• Follow Employee Handbook; perform other duties.
• Supervise team including meetings, performance appraisals, staffing, development, approving time, and delegating work.
