Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• 5 years minimum leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of production planning concepts such as MRP.
• Budget responsibility and P&L understanding.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for customer presentations and communications.
• Ensure meeting action items with owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate pre-meeting prep and host customer visits as hospitality lead.
• Manage quote activity considering cost, price, market, and competition.
• Maintain contact with customers, account managers and plants to share best practices.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to update customers on production and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing on demand and sales forecasts.
• Book customer purchase orders and Oracle demand.
• Contribute to development and renewal of business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with contracting requirements.
• Prepare budgets and sales/marketing reports.
• Handle import/export compliance and audits as needed.
• Oversee staffing and performance reviews within the team.
